Ordered a watch as I seen them advertising on Facebook. Once ordered, never heard from them about an order or tracking number. Reached out several times and zero response. It took me disputing with my Bank for them to finally respond. Not professional. Buyer beware.

I found this company through a blogger on Instagram-I loved the watches and thought they looked super nice for a great price! But y’all, the customer service is beyond. My order had shipped November 27th but for over 2 weeks all it said when i went to track it was “pre shipment” and I know a company has no control over how fast it gets here after it’s shipped. So a couple days ago I emailed them and asked if they could tell me where it was at. They were shocked to know I hadn’t gotten my watch after that long and overnighted me a new one free of charge and I already got it in! The watch is stunning and I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I was exited to order for the first time from MVMT. I received my glasses today and they looked used. First, I thought it was only an issue of balance, which the customer representative agreed to pay to have fixed. Then, I noticed scratches all over, some of them quite big. It looked like someone had been using the glasses for some time and then they decided to sell them. I told the customer service rep and she ask that I document the scratches for her. After all this, she asked me bluntly whether I want a return or refund. I wish I had not gone trough the trouble of ordering these glasses online . The only good side is that they issued a pre-paid label (after I submitted photos of all the issues).

After the initial issue of no number being on the address to the delivery company, we was able to sort and they arrived the next day. I was very annoyed in the first instance and MVMT did what they could and kept me up to date, they have arrived today and look great!

I had an offer for a discount that was not coming up at checkout and contacted customer service. I sent several emails explaining the discount offer and a credit card issue because of a gift order; 7 to be exact. The response each time was fast and explained clearly how to resolve the issue. I’m looking forward to receiving my watches!

Our kids somehow managed to completely ruin the glass on my wife’s watch, and I asked costomer support if it was possible to buy a new glass from them. They sent me a new glass, totally free of charge.

Purchased 2 everscroll glasses. They look good , are very comfortable and light. Customer service is excellent. Their response is quick and friendly. Only thing I find is their cloth wipe for the glasses. Not very soft or usable for me, but other than that it’s perfect. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent prompt service - after a year the screw popped out of my sunglasses, MVMT sent me a brand new pair. Very much appreciated, feel taken care of.

Disclaimer: I ordered my watch on 8/10 and have not received it yet so this is not about the equipment.
I had to contact customer support after waiting five days and not seeing a confirmation email for my order. Thankfully I had saved the order number it gave me and sent an email out. Within literally MINUTES Jasmine in CS replied and helped me activate my account and then gave me all information for my tracking.
I am blown away with everything so far from MVMT and can not wait until my product arrives!!

MVMT Watches is really so amazing. Obviously, their products are beautiful and made with superior quality but my 5 stars are for great customer service. It's not something to take for granted. Customer service responded to my request immediately with a really helpful response. Thank you!
